How to Register and Upload Your Receipt (For eWarranty)

Common Issues

Q. Must I sign up for FUJIFILM Club to register my equipment?
A. Yes. There's is no fee or cost involved for signing up. By registering your equipment, you automatically become a FUJIFILM Club member.


Q. I've registered but I have not received any email to activate my account.
A. Double check if you entered the correct email address during the registration. If you did, check if your SPAM mailbox as it might have gone in there. If you are using Gmail, check your "Social" or "Promotions" tab.

Q. I can't find the serial number on my Instax mini 7, Instax mini 8, Instax mini 25, Instax mini 90, Instax 210?
A. There is no serial number on the body of the camera. Please use the number found on the barcode of the box.


Q. The upload of my receipt failed?
A. Is your file an image file? We only accept the following formats: PNG, JPEG, JPG. PDFs will not be accepted by the system.


Q. Where can I find my serial number for my X-series or Lens?
A. Its usually found beneath the camera or lens.

  • Customer's copy of the original warranty card
  • Original proof of purchase (receipt/cash bill)
